Day Services at PSGDC
Adult Day Services are provided at two centers:
Park
Slope Geriatric Day Center
located
at 199 14th Street between 4th and 5th Avenues.
This program is for frail older persons or those who need special
assistance and can no longer attend a traditional Senior Center.
Family
Resource and Adult Day Services Center
located
at 1 Prospect Park West (entrance on President St.).
This program
is for older persons with Alzheimer's Disease
or other forms of
dementia.
PSGDC provides handicapped accessible transportation to both centers.
