Memory Life Services

Memory Life Services is an adult daycare program that provides more extensive services suitable for those with middle to later-stage Alzheimer’s disease. As illnesses progress, our Memory Life Services program offers safe, supervised adult care that is a haven for those battling Alzheimer’s and a needed daily respite for those charged with their care.

Memory Life Services meets Monday through Friday from 9 am. - 3 pm and offers:

• Social interaction with other members, staff, and volunteers

• Yoga and Exercise

• Support and physical assistance

• Daily therapeutic activities

• Morning coffee, midday meal, healthy snacks

Service Fees: Our services are fee based, offering both private pay and managed care options. Please call us to discuss the many options that may be available to you and your loved ones.

Peace of Mind Program: Comprehensive Memory Care: Park Slope Geriatric Day Center and Senior Helpers, a home health care agency, are working together to offer a “Peace of Mind” package for families that combines days at PSDGC with in-home care during other hours. The different packages vary the number of day-care days and home care hours to best meet a family’s needs, and the package plans come at a set rate so that families can more easily budget based on their finances. be anyone they are not,and they are encouraged to be everything they can.
